CoirProducts Microgreen Sheets are a premium-quality growing medium, crafted from 100% natural coconut coir, designed specifically for microgreens, herbs, and sprouts. These 14.5 cm × 7.5 cm or 17cm x 10cm mats offer a clean, mess-free, soil-free alternative to traditional potting soil — perfect for windowsills, kitchen gardens, small indoor setups, or professional microgreen trays.
Ready to use straight out of the pack, they make microgreen cultivation accessible for beginners and efficient for experienced growers. With great moisture balance, root aeration and a neutral pH, these sheets provide ideal conditions for quick germination and vibrant, nutrient-rich microgreens.

Why These Microgreen Sheets Stand Out

• 100% natural coir fiber — a renewable, peat-free and environmentally friendly medium.
• Clean, soil-free & sterile — coir is naturally free from soil-borne pathogens, fungi and weed seeds, making it a hygienic choice for edible greens.
• Excellent water retention + drainage balance — coco coir holds moisture well while draining excess water, giving microgreens the hydration they need without waterlogging.
• Great aeration & root support — the fibrous structure allows roots to breathe and grow strongly, which leads to healthier shoots and better yields.
• Easy to use and maintain — simply lay the sheet in a tray, sow seeds, keep moist — no need for complex soil mixing, heavy lifting or cleaning soil mess.
• Sustainable & compostable — once used, the coir sheet can be composted, making it a low-waste, eco-conscious option for indoor or small-scale growers.

Why Grow Microgreens on Coir Sheets

Using coir sheets simplifies the microgreen journey — no heavy soil, no messy cleanups, no soil-borne contaminants, just a clean, consistent medium that helps seeds germinate rapidly and roots develop strongly. Especially good for indoor gardens, windowsills or urban growers who want fresh greens year-round, with minimal fuss.
Eco-conscious gardeners will also appreciate the sustainability: coir is a renewable by-product of coconut processing, and these sheets avoid peat and plastic-based mats.
